Pay per Click (PPC) - is a special advertising model that is usually used on search engines, content websites and blogs, networks for advertising, where advertisers only pay when a user basicly clicks on the link to get the advertiser's website.
Advertisers offer to pay a specified price for the keywords that is thought to be typed in the search bar while looking for specified products or services. If such plan is successful and the user views a page with relevant content, an ad, put by the advertiser, may be shown. The following ads are called "sponsored link" or "sponsored ad" and are visible sometimes above the common results on search engine (SE) results pages, or in any place that was chosen by blogger or webmaster on the content page.
